Our un-smoked streaky bacon is dry cured in house using the traditional ingredients and methods delivering a delicious lightly salted taste. Being dry cured not the commercial wet cured, it stops the water leakage on cooking.
All our pork is from our own land or from carefully selected Cheshire farmers
