At SK Ten Farm Shop & Butchery we strive deliver the best produce and service to both our local and online customers.

We only partner with local producers who provide us with the best produce for you.
We take great care in the selecting, cutting and storing of fresh produce for you
We only use the best cooling packs and packaging to guarantee the produce quality is maintained to your door.
We recommend that once you have take delivery of your produce parcel you take your own steps to ensure the quality is maintained for as long as possible i.e. refrigeration.

If in the unlikely event you are disappointed by any of the produce or service you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods to help us decide if a refund is warranted. We will at this point review our practices and policies.
