Wagyu beef is known for very fine marbling, more so than other herds. That marbling give this product a higher fat content meaning more flavour and  Omega-3 and Omega-g fatty acids

The word comes from the Middle English surloine, which itself was derived from the Old French word surlonge, meaning sur la longe or above the loin. Or is it from James I who, at a banquet held in his honour, famously knighted a loin of beef Sir Loin either way this is our biggest selling steak.

Available in 8oz and 10oz steaks or at least 220g and 280g in new money.
