Our smoked middle bacon is dry cured in house using the traditional ingredients and methods, smoked in a wood fired smoker delivering a delicious lightly smoked and salted taste. Being dry cured not the commercial wet cured, it stops the water leakage on cooking.

All our pork is from our own land or from carefully selected Cheshire farmers
